Free ERP for Accounting Companies

The main modules required for company accounting (from invoicing to payroll) are available together in one system with no additional fees. The software is continuously updated free of charge in line with changes in legislation.

The system generates over 100 different reports, allows easy document storage and sharing, and enables permission sets to be tailored to individual needs. Data is transmitted to the State Tax Inspectorate (VMI) and Sodra directly from the system.

The Affiliate program allows you to earn 25% of partnership points by sharing a special link. The more new users you invite, the more you earn. Earned points can be used to top up your balance.

Additionally, information about your accounting company can be included in the list of accounting firms. This way, extra client traffic is generated for free.

The program provides usage statistics that allow clients to clearly see how accounting resources are used and where the highest costs occur. The statistics feature enables convenient data review by clients and employees.

You can select the desired time period and view a clear activity summary. Next to each employee, the number of actions performed is displayed, helping to quickly assess activity levels and workload within the selected company.

The program enables automation of e-commerce, point-of-sale transactions, and other accounting processes by connecting an unlimited number of external systems for your clients. Automatic bank statement import, free updates, and free invoice digitisation ensure smooth and efficient operations.

There is also the ability to receive documents from unregistered clients or suppliers directly into the company’s storage. You only need to define the supplier details for file reception and inform the supplier of the company’s unique email address to which documents should be sent.

Integrations

For employees of accounting firms, the “Partner” plan is provided free of charge — only a database fee applies (€3/month per database). Requests from users on this plan are processed with priority. There is also an option to upload the company logo in the system, making it visible to both employees and clients.

Clients on paid plans gain access to sales and purchase reports with offsetting. Users with at least the Minimal plan can also use file storage and automatic bank statement import.

Plan „Partner“

Clients can independently upload accounting data, allowing information to be provided faster and more accurately, while the accountant only needs to approve it. With your permission, clients can manage warehouse purchases and sales, ensuring smooth day-to-day process management.

Depending on the assigned set of permissions, clients can submit requests, view vacation balances, warehouse data, inventory movements, and more. This reduces manual work and speeds up daily processes.
