We have analysed the ENTIRE internet but have not found any rules or recommendations for using the margin and the padding. There are many articles about technical usage, but there was no information on how to apply it ideologically. We have created recommendations for ourselves and promote this ideology in the interface and imports. We highly recommend using it for those who make websites.

  1. Automatic Mobile;
  2. Easy Copy/Delete/Move Plugins;
  3. Understandable Structure (elements/groups/blocks).

Rules

  • Margins mostly (if possible same from all sides)
  • Paddings very rare

Layouts (Organisms):

  • Paddings mostly
  • Sizes are multiple (if possible). Deeper = smaller
