Settings → Integrations → Raso cash registers

After entering the module, click the button and click .

1. Common settings
Cash register name — you can enter it as desired, by default it is filled in automatically.
Store code, IP address, port, database name, user, password, Cash payment code, Card payment code — these details must be obtained from the cash register provider and entered.

2. Accounting settings

Item position for invoice — create a “sales position” to register the sales entry:
Click the pencil to access the guide window.
In the opened window, click the “+” button and fill in the three required fields:
Name — “Item position (Cash sale)” — you can use your own
Item attribute — “service”
Unit of measure — “pcs.”
After describing the required fields, click the button “Save and select”.

Operation for type "Receipt" — fill in if the “Provider type” is “KVITAS”; if “RIVILE” is selected, leave the field empty.

Invoice VAT rate — enter the VAT rate applicable to invoices.
Auto write-off? — if checked, the item will be automatically written off from the selected warehouse when sold via the cash register. (Write-off is done only after importing sales entries from the cash register into Site.pro).

Used classifiers — fill in the required VAT classifier next to the VAT numeric value so that it is automatically assigned in the sales document.

After filling in the fields, click the “Save” button.

• Synchronization of product cards, product groups, and sales occurs once per day (or by clicking the "Fetch data" button, only product cards and product groups are updated).
• The date from which to send sales data from the cash register is determined by the cash register provider.
• When the store closes, the server must be turned on at that time, otherwise synchronization will not work.
• By clicking the “Get data” button, customer cards are sent to the cash register if the “Code” field is filled in:
