    If you have purchased Site.pro Mail plan, you can set up your mailbox on your device or email application.

    When configuring your email on your device or application, you will need to set up outgoing mail protocol (SMTP) and incoming mail protocol (choose between IMAP and POP3). If you are unsure which incoming mail protocol you should choose, refer to our FAQ article about IMAP and POP3 protocol differences.

    Here are the configuration details that you will need to set up your mailbox on your device or application:

    Incoming mail - IMAP Mail protocol

    • TCP port: 993
    • Encryption: TLS
    • Server name: webmail.site.pro
    • Username: Enter your email address (for example, inbox@mydomain.com)
    • Password: Enter your email address password

    Incoming mail - POP3 Mail protocol

    • TCP port: 995
    • Encryption: TLS
    • Server name: webmail.site.pro
    • Username: Enter your email address (for example, inbox@mydomain.com)
    • Password: Enter your email address password

    Outgoing mail - SMTP Mail protocol

    • TCP port: 465
    • Encryption: TLS
    • Server name: webmail.site.pro
    • Username: Enter your email address (for example, inbox@mydomain.com)
