Order data is automatically synchronized to Site.pro to simplify daily work. You only need to activate the integration by following the steps below.

1. Create operations
2. Link newly created operations to a series
3. Create service cards
4. Activate the connection to Amazon:

   To enable Amazon integration in Site.pro, additional authorization is required. Steps:

   • Click the link https://site.pro/lt/My-Accounting/amazon-sp-api/
   • Select the region or country where sales are performed:
     
   • Click the green “Authorize” button.
   • In the opened page, confirm the Site.pro application by clicking “Confirm”:
     
   • After successful authorization, you will be redirected back to the Site.pro website:
     
   • Use the received Seller ID and Token in Amazon integration settings via Settings → Integrations → Amazon.
5. Configure Amazon store parameters:

   Settings → Integrations → Amazon

   Click “+ Add service” and fill in the required fields.

   • Name – assigned automatically, but can be changed.
   • AWS region – select one of the sales regions linked to your account.
   • Warehouse (FBM / FBA) – configure according to Amazon warehouse type.
   • Enter Seller ID and Access token.
   • Set synchronization start dates.
   Note. You can manually synchronize data using the “Get data” button, but we recommend not doing this too often to avoid temporary blocking by Amazon.
   
   • Accounting settings: Fill in required fields and assign operations.
     
   • Configure VAT rates and import them.
     
6. Link Site.pro and Amazon products:

   Products are linked by SKU, which must match the “Code” field in the Site.pro product card.

   • Amazon: Inventory → Manage Inventory → SKU field.
     
   • Site.pro: Directories → Product cards → Products.
     
7. Configure data exchange:

   Settings → Configuration → Data exchange → Payment settings

   Note. We recommend using an intermediate account for Amazon payments, as Amazon uses a virtual wallet.
8. Synchronize data:

   Open the active Amazon service and click “Get data”.

   
   • Orders are synchronized automatically once per day.
   • Orders are stored in Warehouse → E-commerce.
   • Documents can be viewed under “Accounting information”.
