How to migrate email to Site.pro?

Email migration is process of transferring your email data and settings from one email service provider to another.

How to migrate your email to Site.pro:

  1. Go to My Websites page;
  2. Once you add your domain, go ahead and create mailbox with Site.pro Email;
  3. Add email DNS records (MX, SPF, and DKIM).
    Configure domain settings - if you use any forwarders, catch-alls, aliases, auto-responders, email signatures, or filters, make sure to recreate them with Site.pro email in your domain's DNS zone;
  4. Back up your email from old provider;
  5. Click on "Webmail" button next to your email;
  6. On left sidebar, select "Mail";
  7. Click "More" button from top menu;
  8. Select "Import" button;
  9. Select and upload files;
  10. Click "Import" button.

Import feature exclusively supports individual files. Uploading folders or ZIP archives will not result in import of their contents.
