What parameters to set to calculate wages?

1. Update the chart of accounts
DK → Chart of Accounts
Adjust the chart of accounts according to your company's activities and needs.

2. Create departments
DU → Directories → Departments
Create departments if your company has them and assign the corresponding accounts. If there is only one department, you can create a department called “Administration” and enter the necessary accounts.

3. Payroll calculation coefficients
DU → Directories → DU Parameters
Fill in the coefficients in the module that will be used for payroll calculation. Open them and check which coefficients are set. If needed, you can create new coefficients. Pay attention to the date — the coefficients will be applied starting from the date entered.

4. Set up the client for tax registration:
Parameters → Settings → Accounting
VMI client — create a VMI client in Clients → Clients module and assign it in this field.
SODRA client — create a SODRA client in Clients → Clients module and assign it in this field.

After registering the entries, click the “Save” button.

5. Set the expense account for daily allowances:
Parameters → Settings → DU

Assigning business trip expense account for daily allowances
Business trip expense account — assign the daily allowance account. If it does not exist, create it in DK → “Chart of Accounts” module.
After assigning the account, click the “Save” button.
