Document Exchange

An easy and convenient way to upload important documents. Possibility to upload one or more files, change document data or countersign the uploaded document.

Possibility to send documents from your e-mail by simply selecting and attaching the desired documents in the usual way. Documents can be sent in the following formats: .zip, .txt, .jpeg, .png, .svg, .xml, .ffdata, .xls, .xlsx, .doc, .docx, .odt, .eml, .msg, .tab, .csv, .mp4, .mkv, .tif. The sent files are stored in the file repository, while the user will be notified by e-mail about the status of uploading documents.

Possibility to receive documents from unregistered customers/suppliers to the company's repository. You only need to fill in the supplier's data for receiving files and inform the supplier about the company's unique e-mail address to be used to send documents to.

Possibility for a registered user to upload files directly to the file repository or send documents using a unique email address that is provided in the employee's office or desktop.

Functionality that allows users to send documents from the Sales module (sales, write-offs) directly to another database in Site.pro accounting software. Documents are automatically stored in the file repository of the selected company.
Note. Documents can only be sent to that company the user has access to.

Functionality that allows to transfer files to an already registered accounting record. After the transfer, the documents are stored in the files of the selected company and if necessary, can always be found and viewed.

Functionality that allows to transfer files from one user's repository to another company's repository in Site.pro accounting software. After the transfer, the documents are automatically stored in the file repository of the selected company.
Note. Documents can only be transferred to that company the user has access to.
