How Flanco Integration Works With Site.pro?

Flanco (also known as Pingin) works through automatic data transfer: it creates a client card, generates an invoice, sends it to the client, creates a payment record and offsets it. This makes it easier for the accountant to track and manage invoices, as all the necessary data is transmitted directly.

Order Synchronisation

Synchronisation is carried out in accordance with the established order. Each order:

  • creates a clientcard ((if it does not exist);
  • creates a sales invoice and sends it to clients;
  • creates a bank record and settles it with the invoice.

On the basis of imported data the program can use different currencies and VAT rates, generate i.SAF, OSS and other reports.
Note. Returns are not imported into Site.pro, they have to be processed manually.
