UAE End of Service Gratuity Calculator 2026

Join Date - The employee’s official start date of employment, used to calculate total service duration.

End Date - The last working day of the employee, marking the end of their service period.

Basic salary (per month) - The employee’s monthly basic salary, used as the basis for gratuity calculation (excludes allowances and bonuses).

Years of Service - Total completed years the employee has worked between the join and end dates.

Months of Service - Remaining completed months of service that do not form a full year.

Days of Service - Additional days of service beyond full years and months.

EOS Days - Total number of gratuity-eligible days based on UAE labour law formulas (e.g., 21 or 30 days of basic salary per year).

EOS Amount - The gratuity amount calculated from eligible days and the basic salary.

Maximum payable (24 months cap) - The legal limit for gratuity payout under UAE Labour Law, capped at the equivalent of 24 months of basic salary.

Final gratuity (after cap) - The actual gratuity payable to the employee after applying the 24-month cap.
